You Were Never Meant to Shrink

When I came to Barbera I wanted to give up my life. It had no meaning anymore for me and just felt like a constant struggle. Thanks to Barbera I learned to relax and to take better care of myself. It was hard, but it was good!

The Training Highly Sensitive Very Normal gave me the tools I needed to better listen to my body and to better take care of myself. The exercises helped me to get ot know myself and my body. I experimented with the different tools that are offered in the training and I make more time to eat healthy, exercise more and to express myself through creative outlets.

I had some trouble with the written assignments that asked me to put my thoughts onto paper.
