No, you only need internet and a device to access the internet. This can be a computer or laptop, but this can also be your mobile phone or a tablet.
All the video's and audio lessons are in English. But the workbook and all the downloadable PDF lesson's are in both English and Dutch. All meditations and visualizations are also both in English and in Dutch.
So if you are only Dutch speaking, you still get everything out of the program because the downloadable PDF's contain the same information as the video and audio lessons do.
In general about 8-10 hours a week. Some need more time, some need less. But this is a good ballpark figure.
Once a member, always a member. You will get life long access and yes that includes access to any an all future updates (without additional costs). And if it ever goes offline, you will be given a chance to download everything first.
