For people who want quick results there is the 3 month program in which we will have bi-weekly sessions to propel you towards your desired result.
The 6 month program is for people who want to have more time to implement everything and that want to benefit from my guidance longer.

We start off with a free clarity call to see where you are now, where you want to go and what steps you need to take to get there. We will also find out if we are a good fit and if I can help you achieve what you want to achieve.
If we are a good fit and we decide to work together I will send you an intake form that we use as our basis. I will also send you a coaching agreement that lists everything we agreed upon during our call for you to sign and return.
And then we can plan our first sesson. This can either be in person, here in Arnhem in nature or we can use Zoom and coach via the webcam. Zoom has the added benefit of being able to record our sessions.
